Tricia Liu is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and the Dot Property Awardee for Philippines’ Best Real Estate Agency for 2021 and 2022. She is the President of Luxe Realty and remains to be a driven realtor who began paving her way in the real estate industry back in 2019 at a young age.

In April 2022, Tricia passed the Professional Regulation Commission Licensure Board Exam for Real Estate Brokers. She is a graduate of BS Real Estate Management Batch 2021 from Trinity University of Asia and was mentored by seasoned real estate icons. Her experience widely ranges from servicing local to international clients for secondary market residential sales and leasing all over Metro Manila, journeying even up north to Pampanga and down south to Batangas.

In addition, she is an alumna of Immaculate Conception Academy Batch 2013, where she was the Editor-in-Chief of the ICAlettes. Anderson Liu joined Luxe Realty in 2021 as the brokerage firm’s Commercial and Industrial Property Specialist. Being a PRC Accredited Real Estate Salesperson, he has professionally assisted top local and multinational companies for sales and leasing. Anderson has successfully closed deals for commercial and industrial properties located in Batangas, Caloocan City, Cavite, EDSA, Malabon City, Pasig City, Parañaque City, and Quezon City.

He is an alumni of De La Salle University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Batch 2006 and is also a graduate of Makati Hope Christian School back in 2003. With six years of experience in the corporate world and ten years as an entrepreneur, he is adept with the rigors of business and operations management.

He is also the President of Rocket Glass Enterprise, a leading glass and aluminum fabricator and supplier based in Ortigas that offers durable Australian windows and doors. He has serviced high-profile celebrities for their residential and vacation homes all over the country. The company has successfully completed projects in high-end residential areas in Ayala Alabang, Ayala Heights, Ayala Westgrove Heights, Corinthian Gardens, Dasmarinas Village, New Manila, Nuvali, Tagaytay, and Valle Verde. Moreover, they have supplied for companies such as Dunkin’ Donuts, Insular Life, Mang Inasal, Marco Polo, and S&R.

In addition, Anderson is the President of Derson Arc Cleaners Corporation, a glass cleaning company for high-rise buildings such as Okada Manila, SM Malls, Arthaland, Century Properties, Rufino Tower, Fairmont Makati, Diamond Hotel, and Zuellig Building. Anderson is happily married to the love of his life and his business partner, Tricia Liu.
